TJ's California Golden Raisins are sun-dried and processed without any sulfur dioxide. It takes an average of 2 kilograms of fresh grapes to make 454 grams of raisins! Although golden raisins tend to be softer, plumper, and have a tangier taste than sun-dried raisins, they can be used interchangeably with other raisins.
