Apple moved the whole lineup to USB-C, so if you're on a newer iPhone, iPad, or MacBook, the Lightning EarPods are now officially a legacy item. These are their replacement — the same EarPod design, reengineered around the USB-C connector. Same geometry built around how ears actually work. Same in-line remote with mic and volume. Same no-fuss reliability.
Wired earphones get a bad reputation in the age of AirPods, but there's a case for them: they don't need charging, they don't drop a Bluetooth connection mid-sentence, and they don't have six hours of battery life to manage. You plug them in and they work. For travel, calls, or any situation where you don't want to think about earphones, these are the ones.
At(down from), the Emporium found these at a genuine discount on a product Apple charges full retail for everywhere else.
